TERMS & CONDITIONS

• A minimum of 10 sleeping-over guests is required for the Saturday. The minimum will be charged for if less than 10.

• A refundable deposit of R2000 is required to make a booking. No booking is confirmed unless a deposit has been received as well as the booking form. This needs to be emailed to debachelor@live.com.

• Check-in from 12 on Saturday and check-out by 10am on Sunday.

• The deposit is refundable after the weekend less any breakages.

• Full payment is required 2 days before the party and all activities need to be booked and paid for in advance.

• NO refunds for guests who do not arrive or for activities not done.

• The deposit is not refundable if the party is cancelled for any reason whatsoever.

• Wood is sold at the venue for R30 per bag.
